This Privacy Policy describes how OliVentures, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries or affiliates (collectively “OliVentures”, “Company,” “we,” or “us”) collects, uses, shares and secures the personal information you (“you”) provide on our website and/or electronic services (collectively, the “Services”) which link to this Privacy Policy. Please take a moment to review the terms of our Privacy Policy. Unless we indicate otherwise, this Privacy Policy applies only to information that we collect through the Services. It does not apply to information that we collect by other means.  By using the Services, you agree, without limitation, to the practices described in this Privacy Policy as well as our Terms of Use. OliVentures is the sole owner of the information collected on the Services. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others in any way that varies from what is disclosed in this statement. Please be aware that advertisers or websites that are linked to the Services may collect personally identifiable information about you. The information practices of those websites linked to the Services are not covered by this Privacy Policy and OliVentures is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such websites.

Information We Collect:

We collect two basic types of information from you in conjunction with your use of the Services: Personal Information and Non-Personal Information.

Personal Information is information you may supply to us when you complete a survey, participate in a promotion, register on the Services or provide your e-mail address. When you access the Services you may give us permission to access information in other services. For example, you may link your Facebook account, which allows us to obtain information from that account, like your name and email address. Whenever you contact OliVentures for help we collect your name and email address along with additional information you provide in your request so that we can provide you with assistance.

Personal Information includes, but is not limited to:

  • Contact information, such as your name, mailing address, email address, and telephone number
  • Financial payment information, such as credit card, debit card, and other financial payment information
  • Unique identifiers such as username and password

Non-personal information includes information that does not personally identify you. We automatically log information about you and your computer.   • When you access our Services by or through a mobile device, we may receive or collect and store unique identification numbers associated with your device or mobile application (including, for example, a UDID, Unique ID for Advertisers (“IDFA”), Google Ad ID, or Windows Advertising ID), mobile carrier, device type, model and manufacturer, mobile device operating system brand and model, phone number, and, depending on your mobile device settings, your geographical location data, including GPS coordinates (e.g., latitude and/or longitude) or similar information regarding the location of your mobile device
  • If you arrived at the Services through a link from a third-party website the uniform resource locater (“URL”) of the linking page
  • Information about your activity while using the Services, such as which pages you choose to view, queries you make using our “search” function, and other information about your usage.
  • Analytics and usage information about your use of the Services.
  • Additional “traffic data” and log files such as time of visit, date of visit, software crash reports, session identification number, access times, and referring website addresses.
  • Other information regarding your visits to and use of the Services that is not Personal Information.

We may use cookies (small text files that are stored on the hard drives of a visitor’s computer when they access our Services) to collect this information as well as for other purposes, including but not limited to recognizing prior users, retrieving information previously provided by visitors to the Site, remembering passwords of individuals, and for direction to certain areas of our Site. We may use both session cookies (which expire once you close your web browser) and more persistent cookies (which stay on your computer until you delete them) to provide the Services.   We may also use Web beacons (also commonly known as “pixels” or “pixel tags”) to track information about visitors after they leave the Site, to access cookies, to count page visits, as part of our email campaigns, and otherwise to facilitate visitors’ online experience. In addition, we may contract with third parties that place cookies, Web beacons or other tools on our site to assist us in collecting non-personal information about our visitors and to provide us with analytics.  For instance, the Services use analytics tools provided by Google to help us understand how people use the Services and where our users are located. Users can control the use of cookies at the individual browser level. If you reject or turn off cookies, you may still use our site, but your ability to use some features or areas of our site may be limited.  The “Help” segment of the toolbar on most browsers explains how to configure a browser to not accept new cookies, how to have the browser inform a user when they receive a new cookie, and how to erase cookies from their hard drives.

We may combine the non-personal information that we collect with the personal information that we collect about our visitors.

Although we do our best to honor the privacy preferences of our visitors, we are not able to respond to Do Not Track signals from your browser.

Social Media Features and Widgets.

Our Services may include Social Media features, such as the Facebook Like button or a Share button. These features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social Media features are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our Services. Your interactions with these features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.

Who We Share Your Information With

We do not disclose any of your Personal Information collected by us to any companies except our affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants or those who need it to do work for us or other companies under a common control or as disclosed in this Privacy Statement. In no event will we sell or rent your Personal Information.

When information is shared with a third party, that party is instructed to use your Personal Information only to the extent necessary to perform their contracted functions. They are instructed to maintain the security of your personal data. These are some of the circumstances in which we share your Personal Information:

We may disclose Personal Information to contractors or service providers that help us provide services to you. For example, we may disclose your email address to email fulfillment contractors to send you emails from us.

We may share some or all of your Personal Information with our affiliates, subsidiaries, or other companies under a common control, in which case we will require these affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

If our Company or our assets are acquired or are in discussions to be acquired by another company, we may share the Personal Information collected, and, following the transaction, that company will possess the Personal Information collected by us and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We may disclose your Personal Information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to comply with relevant laws or to respond to subpoenas judicial proceeding, court orders or warrants served on us; or to protect and defend our rights or property or the rights or property of third parties.

We will not sell your email address.

Except for www.purevidaforlife.com, OliVentures does not endorse and is not responsible for any content provided on linked websites or the capabilities or reliability of any product or service obtained from a linked website. Be sure to review the privacy provisions on any linked websites, including the Privacy Policy provisions of www.purevidaforlife.com, each time you utilize any linked website because the linked websites may contain privacy provisions that differ from the provisions provided herein. Except for www.purevidaforlife.com, OliVentures is not responsible for such provisions, and expressly disclaims any and all liability related to such provisions.

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not intended for people under the age of 18. We never collect or maintain information from persons we know to be under age 18, and no part of the Services is designed to attract anyone under age 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently obtained information from a child, we will promptly delete the information.

Location of Servers

Our servers are located in the United States of America. If you are accessing the Services from outside the United States, please be advised that through your continued use of the Services, which is governed by U.S. law and this Privacy Policy, you are transferring your personal information to the United States and you consent to that transfer and the maintenance and processing of such information in the United States.

Updates to Our Privacy Policy

From time to time we will modify this Privacy Policy. If we do this, we will post the revised Privacy Policy on this page and will indicate at the top of this page the date those terms will be effective. Your continued usage of the Services after any changes to this Privacy Policy will mean you accept those changes. Any aspect of the Privacy Policy may be changed, supplemented, deleted or updated at the sole discretion of OliVentures.
